Yocan Ziva brand new the auto draw function does not work?

Has anybody experienced a dud straight from the box? I bought a Ziva last night and charged it up and the auto draw function does not work. I get a bit of smoke preheating it and I can switch the temperatures. If anybody has advice on how to fix this I would appreciate it.

Why can’t you auto-draw from the Yocan Ziva?

This issue is caused by the cartridges being clogged. When you preheat the cartridge, it produces a bit of smoke, which means this device is working great. However, if the cartridge is clogged, the oil can’t reach the heating element.
